\u00e8 importante avere un approccio il pi\u00f9 possibile sereno, grazie alla collaborazione con i professionisti della salute (medico di base, ginecologo, ostetrica\u2026).<sup>1\u00a0 <\/sup>L&#8217;Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanit\u00e0 (OMS) suggerisce che l\u2019assistenza sia alla gravidanza sia al parto debba avere come obiettivo che \u201c<em>madre e figlio siano in buona salute con il livello minimo di interventi compatibile con la sicurezza<\/em>\u201d.<sup>1<\/sup><\/p><p>La gravidanza o gestazione \u00e8 il periodo compreso tra concepimento e parto, la sua durata si misura in settimane, a partire dall\u2019ultima mestruazione.<sup>1<\/sup> Una datazione pi\u00f9 precisa si pu\u00f2 ottenere con l\u2019ecografia.<sup>1<\/sup> La gravidanza \u00e8 a termine quando il parto avviene tra la trentasettesima e la quarantaduesima settimana: se avviene prima si parla di <strong>parto pretermine<\/strong>, mentre se avviene dopo si dice che la <strong>nascita \u00e8 oltre il termine<\/strong>.<sup>1<\/sup><\/p><p>Nel periodo della gravidanza le donne subiscono cambiamenti metabolici e fisiologici, tra i quali l&#8217;aumento di peso, di cui il 60% pu\u00f2 essere attribuito alle modifiche materne e il 40% si riferisce alla placenta e al feto.<sup>2<\/sup> Durante la gravidanza, <strong>i fabbisogni nutrizionali sono pi\u00f9 elevati<\/strong>; quindi, un&#8217;alimentazione adeguata \u00e8 essenziale per mantenere la crescita e lo sviluppo fetale.<sup>2<\/sup><\/p><p>Questo non significa che si debba magiare per due, ma che bisogna tenere conto di<strong> specifiche esigenze nutrizionali<\/strong> che supportano e favoriscono la crescita e lo sviluppo del feto e del quantit\u00e0 necessarie possono variare in base alla fase della vita in cui ci si trova, come la gravidanza.<sup>2<\/sup> Tra i micronutrienti il cui fabbisogno aumenta in gravidanza, ferro, iodio, folato, zinco e vitamina A sono i pi\u00f9 diffusi.<\/p><p>Per questo pu\u00f2 essere utile soddisfare le esigenze nutrizionali della gravidanza attraverso una combinazione di dieta sana ed equilibrata e ci sono<strong> integratori di minerali e vitamine per la gravidanza, <\/strong>sempre consultando il proprio medico di fiducia per avere la certezza che il loro uso sia appropriato alle esigenze mediche<\/strong> e i <strong>controlli<\/strong> messi a disposizione dal Sistema Sanitario Nazionale, prescritti in base alle evidenze scientifiche.<sup>1<\/sup> Esiste inoltre la possibilit\u00e0 di partecipare ai <strong>corsi di accompagnamento alla nascita<\/strong> e di parlare con l\u2019ostetrica \u2013 la figura di riferimento per l\u2019assistenza in gravidanza.<sup>1<\/sup> Le visite durante la gestazione permettono di monitorare la salute della madre e del bambino.<sup>1<\/sup><\/p><p>Uno degli aspetti sui quali porre attenzione \u00e8 senza dubbio l\u2019<strong>alimentazione<\/strong> che deve garantire il corretto apporto di nutrienti sia alla madre che al bambino.<sup>1<\/sup><\/p><p>Durante la gestazione e l\u2019allattamento, le necessit\u00e0 nutrizionali della donna aumentano sia per supportare i cambiamenti che avvengono normalmente nel suo corpo, sia per lo sviluppo del feto.<sup>4<\/sup> Pertanto, per soddisfare in maniera completa tali fabbisogni in questa fase della vita di una donna, \u00e8 possibile consultarsi con il proprio medico se si desidera assicurarsi che la propria alimentazione sia adeguata alle esigenze individuali e valutare, in caso di bisogno, l\u2019eventuale integrazione di nutrienti attraverso l\u2019assunzione di un<strong> integratore alimentare<\/strong>.<sup>4<\/sup><\/p><p>Aumentare la consapevolezza sull\u2019effetto della dieta e sui benefici degli integratori in gravidanza \u00e8 gravidanza<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2848f3d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2848f3d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In gravidanza, \u00e8 probabile che aumentino i fabbisogni di <strong>Ferro<\/strong> e <strong>Magnesio<\/strong>: vediamo cosa sono e a cosa servono questi due minerali.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-300660f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"300660f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Ferro e sideropenia<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4893d18 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4893d18\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L&#8217;<strong>anemia da carenza di ferro alimentare <\/strong>(o sideropenia) \u00e8 il disturbo prevalente associato alla carenza di ferro alimentare e per molti anni \u00e8 stata considerata una delle problematiche pi\u00f9 rilevanti a livello mondiale causate da carenze nutrizionali.<sup>2<\/sup> Si stima che il 50% delle donne in gravidanza, il 42% dei bambini (sotto i cinque anni) e il 33% delle donne in et\u00e0 riproduttiva la manifesti.<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-c0d6be9 elementor-section-full_width elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"c0d6be9\" data-element_type=\"section\" un&#8217;assunzione inadeguata di ferro dagli alimenti possono essere coinvolti altri fattori come <strong>folati<\/strong> e <strong>vitamina B12<\/strong> che sono coinvolti nell\u2019emopoiesi.<\/p><p>\u00a0Le <strong>sensazioni tipiche della carenza di ferro<\/strong> alimentare sono:<sup>2,6<\/sup><\/p><ul><li>affaticamento<\/li><li>stanchezza<\/li><li>debolezza<\/li><li>difficolt\u00e0 nel compiere attivit\u00e0 quotidiane<\/li><li>perdita di capelli<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-2824d1c\" data-id=\"2824d1c\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div
