Questo processo \u00e8 particolarmente evidente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nelle <strong>donne <\/strong>in menopausa, quando la caduta dei livelli di estrogeni pu\u00f2 influenzare il metabolismo del Calcio;<\/li>\n<li>negli <strong>uomini<\/strong>, sebbene in maniera pi\u00f9 graduale, un\u2019alterazione del metabolismo del calcio pu\u00f2 condurre a fragilit\u00e0 e aumento del rischio di fratture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il Calcio \u00e8 il principale costituente delle ossa, ed \u00e8 fondamentale integrarlo attraverso la dieta. Tuttavia, non sempre il fabbisogno di Calcio viene soddisfatto solo con l&#8217;alimentazione. In questi casi \u00e8 importante bilanciare con alimenti vegetali dall\u2019alto contenuto di Calcio, come broccoli, verdure a foglia verde, soia, sesamo e mandorle;<\/li><li><strong>anziani e donne in menopausa<\/strong>, soggetti che per il metabolismo modificato hanno un ridotto assorbimento di
