Il caldo, i cambiamenti nella dieta e i ritmi pi\u00f9 irregolari possono compromettere l\u2019equilibrio gastrointestinale.<\/p><p>Durante la bella stagione dovrebbe venire spontaneo idratarsi di pi\u00f9 e seguire un\u2019alimentazione sana, ma non sempre \u00e8 cos\u00ec: <strong>le cause possono essere diverse<\/strong>, dalla voglia di convivialit\u00e0 che ci fa prendere tutto con maggior leggerezza, a ci\u00f2 che effettivamente portiamo a tavola. L\u2019alcool, la sudorazione, bere poca acqua e seguire un\u2019alimentazione sbilanciata o troppo abbondante fa perdere molti liquidi d\u2019estate, causando di conseguenza <strong>problemi
