Sono un fenomeno molto comune, che tutti almeno una volta nella vita abbiamo provato.<\/p><p>Possiamo distinguerne diversi tipi:<\/p><ul><li><strong>crampi sportivi<\/strong>, che si verificano dopo o durante un intenso sforzo fisico a causa dell\u2019accumulo di acido lattico nei muscoli;<\/li><li><strong>crampi notturni<\/strong>, che si manifestano a causa di posizioni scomode, disidratazione o movimenti bruschi nel sonno;<\/li><li><strong>crampi mestruali<\/strong>, dovuti alle variazioni ormonali e alle contrazioni dell\u2019utero;<\/li><li><strong>crampi ricorrenti<\/strong> a causa di condizioni mediche o scarsa circolazione.<\/li><\/ul><p>Un crampo dura in media <strong>da pochi secondi ad alcuni minuti<\/strong> e non lascia particolari complicazioni: tuttavia, nel caso dei
