periodo di pausa \u00e8 una condizione molto diffusa. La distrazione \u00e8 dietro l\u2019angolo, cos\u00ec come l\u2019errore o la frustrazione. Anche per chi studia, concentrarsi e memorizzare tutte le informazioni diventa difficile con la mente altrove.<\/p><p>In alcuni casi, questi sintomi dovuti a un cambio di abitudini possono legarsi
