cosa sono esattamente, come funzionano e che ruolo hanno nel nostro organismo?<\/p><p>I radicali liberi vengono normalmente prodotti dal nostro corpo, ma non sono dannosi finch\u00e9 <strong>l\u2019equilibrio con gli antiossidanti<\/strong> viene rispettato. In caso contrario, pu\u00f2 aver origine il cosiddetto stress ossidativo. Queste sostanze possono donare elettroni ai radicali senza diventare instabili a loro volta, interrompendo il dannoso effetto a catena.<\/p><p>Gli antiossidanti possono essere sia prodotti dal corpo
