l\u2019avanzare dell\u2019et\u00e0, ma pu\u00f2 manifestarsi anche prima, soprattutto in chi pratica attivit\u00e0 fisica intensa, in chi ha una predisposizione genetica o in chi segue uno stile di vita troppo sedentario.<\/p><p><strong>Non \u00e8 un segnale da ignorare<\/strong>: \u00e8 il modo con cui l&#8217;organismo ci comunica che qualcosa non sta funzionando pi\u00f9 come dovrebbe. Funzionano come veri e propri \u201csnodi\u201d e sono costituite da elementi diversi (cartilagine, liquido sinoviale, legamenti e tessuti circostanti) che lavorano in sinergia per garantire stabilit\u00e0 e fluidit\u00e0 nei movimenti.<\/p><p>La <strong>cartilagine<\/strong>, in particolare, \u00e8 un tessuto connettivo composto principalmente da cellule chiamate condrociti: riveste le superfici ossee all&#8217;interno delle articolazioni e ha il compito di proteggerle.
